In the summer of 2026, two significant monuments will be erected as part of an agreement between the authorities of the two countries.:
• In Ankara (Dikmen Vadisi Park) to Yuri Gagarin.
• In Moscow (Muzeon Park) — Yunus Emre.
According to Moscow Government Minister Sergei Cheryomin, all substantive issues have been agreed, and work is underway to resolve the technical details. The project symbolizes the deep mutual respect and friendship between Russia and Turkey.
